This is an apartment at the Gateway apartments in Denton, Texas off of Cleveland street. The rent includes everything except for electricity. The square footage entered in is the square footage for the entire apartment, including a second bedroom and bathroom. This is technically a two bedroom two bathroom apartment, but the other bed and bath are currently occupied by another person, so you would have a roommate. She is very nice however, very responsible, easy to get along with, and clean. The apartment is furnished and features a living space, a kitchen, your own washer and dryer in a small but functional laundry room through a door just off of the kitchen, a good sized balcony space with a storage room just off of that, and all needed kitchen appliances such as a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, stovetop, and oven. Not to mention you get your own bedroom and bathroom. This apartment complex has a lot of amenities, including three pools, a tanning bed, a workout space, two study rooms, a computer lab, a lounge room with ping pong and billiards, and a larger furnished space that has a small kitchen for when you want to have a large party or get-together (you can rent out the space for the night to host your guests). Also, if you ever have any problems with anything in the apartment, there is a maintenance service. All you have to do is fill out a maintenance request online through the resident portal. This apartment complex is close to UNT, and if you don't want to spend money on a parking sticker or on gas, there is a bus stop just down the street from the main office and apartment buildings. It's an easy walk, and many of the UNT students at Gateway take the bus to get to the campus. I really enjoyed my time living at Gateway, I know the rent seems kind of pricey, but with everything else that is included, it is worth it. Also, if the rent seems like it’s just too much but everything else about the apartment is nice then I will be willing to pay part of the rent for the rest of this semester so it’s not quite so expensive. If you have any questions about other aspects of the apartment, please feel free to contact me.
